1. In view of the strict requirements for toy safety in Europe, America and other countries and the frequent occurrence of claims by foreign consumers to domestic toy manufacturers due to safety issues. The safety of toys must be paid great attention to by relevant personnel.
a. The handmade needle must be placed on the fixed soft bag, and cannot be directly inserted into the toy, so that people can pull it out from the needle;
b. If the needle is broken, another needle must be found, and then the two needles must be reported to the workshop team supervisor to exchange for a new needle. Toys that cannot find a broken needle must be searched through the prober;
c. Only one working needle can be issued per hand. All steel tools should be placed uniformly and cannot be placed arbitrarily;
d. Use the steel brush for bristles correctly. After the bristles are finished, touch the bristles with your hands.
2. The accessories on the toy, including eyes, nose, buttons, ribbons, bow ties, etc., may be torn off and swallowed by children (consumers), which is dangerous. Therefore, all accessories must be fastened tightly and meet the tensile force requirements.
a. Eyes and nose must withstand 21LBS pulling force;
b. Ribbons, flowers and buttons must withstand the tension of 4LBS;
c. Post quality inspectors must often test the tension of the above accessories, and sometimes find problems and solve them together with engineers and workshops;
3. All plastic bags for packaging toys must be printed with warnings and punched at the bottom to prevent children from being dangerous when they are put on their heads.
4. All filaments and meshes must have warnings and age signs.
5. All the fabrics and accessories of toys should not contain toxic chemicals, so as to avoid the danger of children's tongue licking;
6. There should be no metal items such as scissors and drill bits left in the packing box.
